How it works
Upload your master video
Any orientation works. Vertical masters get cropped to fill the wide cut; horizontal masters get the platform-native blurred fill on the vertical cuts.
Four variants render
TikTok and Reels 9:16, square 1:1, Instagram feed 4:5, and an Amazon-ready 16:9 that crops to fill (no bars, per their rejection rules) and trims to the 45 second ad maximum.
Download each file
Every variant is H.264 with AAC audio at constant 30fps with faststart, the combination that avoids the silent processing failures platforms hit on variable frame rate phone footage.
What this blueprint does
Every platform wants your product video in a different shape, and they enforce it. Amazon video ads only accept 16:9 and reject anything with bars on the sides, even blurred ones. TikTok and Reels live at 9:16. Instagram feed favors 4:5. Getting one master video into all of those means an afternoon in an editor per video, or a rejected upload that tells you nothing about why. This blueprint does the whole matrix in one pass: upload the master, download four files, each already in the right frame, codec, and frame rate for where it is going.
What you get
Four platform-ready MP4s from one upload: 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, 1:1 for square feeds, 4:5 for Instagram feed, and a bar-free 16:9 cut prepared for Amazon video ads.
Who uses it
Marketplace sellers
Stop guessing why Amazon rejected the upload. The wide cut is built around their published rules.
Social sellers and media buyers
Run the same creative across TikTok, Reels, and feed placements without re-exporting three times.
Agencies and VAs
Turn a client master into the full delivery set in one pass instead of an editor session per platform.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the Amazon variant crop instead of adding bars?
Amazon’s video ad specs reject letterboxing and pillarboxing outright, including colored or blurred bars. Cropping to fill the 16:9 frame is the only compliant way to reshape a vertical or square master, so keep important action centered.
Why is the Amazon cut limited to 45 seconds?
Amazon Sponsored Brands video accepts 6 to 45 seconds, so the kit trims that variant to the first 45 seconds. The other three variants keep your full length.
What happens to a landscape video on the vertical cuts?
It is fitted into the frame with a softly blurred copy of itself filling the space, the native look on TikTok and Reels. Nothing is cropped away on those variants.
Does this fix variable frame rate footage?
Yes. Every variant is re-encoded at a constant 30fps, which is the accepted range on every covered platform and fixes the stuck-at-98-percent upload failures that variable frame rate phone and screen recordings cause.
What does it cost?
The kit runs on your plan compute minutes like any transcode, metered across the four renders. The free tier includes 100 minutes a month, no credit card required.
