- the job ID, if your question is about a job
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead
Billing
You can change or cancel your plan yourself under Plans & Billing in your dashboard. For anything you cannot do there, email us from the address on your account.
Sales
Pricing is public and you can start for free without a credit card. If you need more than the listed plans offer, email us and say what you are building.
Privacy and Legal
Send privacy requests and legal notices to the same address. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published in full. To delete your account, see Account Deletion for what is removed and what to send.
