About This Course
The course starts at the command line. Lesson 1 installs FFmpeg on macOS, Linux or Windows and downloads a 13-second sample clip to practice on. The next five lessons cover transcoding, resizing and cropping, audio, watermarks and subtitles. Those six lessons run in a terminal on your own machine.
Lessons 7 to 9 take the same commands off your machine. You send them to the FFmpeg Micro API with a free key, wire them into n8n, Make or Zapier, and see where to go next for Node.js, Python and no-code tools. Each lesson takes 10 to 25 minutes, and the whole course is free.
